Delivery and Returns

RETURN POLICY

KP Ties wants our customers to be totally satisfied with their purchase. However, if there are any issues with your purchase we’d be happy to do all in our power to correct the problem.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, simply contact support to receive authorization to return items within 30 days of delivery

    • Refunds can only be issued in the same payment as the original payment method. (A purchase made with a credit card will be refunded to the same credit cart, etc.)
    • Please note: Delivery fees are not refundable once the order has shipped.
    • We do not process replacements or exchanges. It is our policy to issue a refund and you can place a new order.
    • We can only accept returns for products in new and unused condition unless the product is defective. Ties must be unwashed.
    • Sorry, we cannot accept returns or products expired from promotions, incentives, or other items specified as non-refundable.

Returns sent from U.S. addresses take up to 2 weeks to process after the package is received. The credit to your account should appear within 1-2 billing statements. KP Ties can’t refund tax or duty costs for online orders delivered to international addresses. You will only be refunded for the amount charged for the merchandise (shipping will not be refunded).  Who is responsible for return shipping costs will depend on the reason for the return.

How to ship your items back:

    1. Contact customer support & indicate the order # & item(s) you are returning and the reason for your return.
    2. Once the return has been authorized by customer supports, instructions will be given.
    3. Put the items you are returning in the original package if possible. If the original packaging is unusable the customer will need to supply packaging.
    4. If you are issued a paid return shipping label, apply the issued return label (or) properly address box as per your return instructions.
    5. Always write your order number on the outside of your box and include your return approval e-mail inside your box.
